🎙️ Coming Up on Season 5 of the Palante Nonprofits Podcast
We have an amazing lineup coming your way this month. We are featuring movement builders, philanthropy disruptors, and frontline leaders who are reshaping what's possible for Latino communities across the country. We are more than thrilled to welcome:
Diana Avalos-Leos — Founder & Executive Director of Latino Leadership Northwest, a former educator who built a grassroots organization serving first-generation and immigrant youth in the Pacific Northwest. She'll discuss what the region can teach the rest of the country about developing the next generation of Latine leaders.
Jazmin Carrillo — Director of Development at Nino de La Caridad Foundation. Drawing on her work with nonprofits in both Latin America and the U.S., she'll share strategies for building donor engagement and partnerships without losing an organization's cultural identity.
Carlos Norena — Principal & Founder of Plus Accounting Services, diving into finance and accounting essentials for nonprofits.
Allison Wyatt — Founder & CEO of Edgility Talent Partners, with 10+ years advising nonprofits on leadership transitions, compensation strategy, and organizational design. Her episode will unpack why talent infrastructure — not just strategy — determines whether missions succeed.
Krista Berry, MS — Nonprofit Strategist, Educator & Capacity Building Consultant, covering strategy, soul, and straight talk for the social sector — from fundraising to founder syndrome to innovation.
But in the meantime… Don’t forget to listen back on Seasons 1-4

Client Spotlight

This month, we are incredibly proud to spotlight the Farmworker Association of Florida (FWAF). FWAF is doing monumental work on the ground, fighting for social, environmental, and economic justice alongside farmworkers and rural communities. Our ongoing partnership with them continues to yield impactful results, and we are constantly inspired by their dedication to equity and human rights.

We got to go with the Youth Group and tour UF!
For over 40 years, the Farmworker Association of Florida has stood alongside the farmworker families who feed our nation, fighting for fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified lives. Founded in 1982, FWAF is a community-based organization rooted in the fields and neighborhoods of Florida, offering direct services, emergency relief, leadership development, and advocacy for one of the most essential and underserved workforces in the country.
Breaking News! We are welcoming not one but two new clients to the Palante family: Constellation Unity Foundation and Manigat Hope Initiative.
We are excited to join forces with both teams. Palante will serve as their fractional development and grants partner, helping them secure more funding to support their missions. They made the investment, and now we put in the work.

Constellation Unity Foundation connects older adults, children, and low income families across Central Florida to mental health care and community resources.
Manigat Hope Initiative is led by Hendane Manigat, who brings over five years of experience in immigration law, case management, and nonprofit legal services. MHI helps women facing sexual and domestic violence find the legal and community resources they need to move toward safety and stability.

So excited to add them to this equation!
En Palante, creemos en transparency. Queremos ser un equipo accesible que trae real expertise a cada organización con la que trabajamos. That is why our pricing is listed on our website. No hidden numbers, no guessing games. Just honest partnership desde el primer día
