¡Hola, Mi Gente! 💜

This is a special one-time email. You are on this list because you have been a past or active client, or because you have supported our founder, Dr. Andrea Ortega, before. No te vayas, because we need your help to bring more money and more resources to our local grassroots Latinx nonprofits.

We built you something: Palante Nonprofits App has launched!

Palante (yes, like “para adelante,” meaning “moving forward together”) is our new tool to help your nonprofit stay on top of compliance. No more guessing when something expires.

What can you do with the Palante App?

  • Stay Compliant: Get real-time updates on all things compliance so you never have to guess.

  • Never Miss a Deadline: Keep track of key dates and important filing timelines.

  • Direct Access: Agenda llamadas con nuestro equipo (book consultation calls directly through the app!).

Who should join:

  • Board members (all you need is the org’s EIN)

  • Executive Directors

  • Current clients, since it keeps everything organized in one place

How it works

You sign up. Our team gets notified right away and starts reviewing your compliance. Within 48 hours, you get notes and recommendations on exactly where your org stands, at the federal and state levels.

You can use that report to file everything yourself, work with your current accountant, or let our team handle it for you. Your choice, no pressure.

If you’re already a client, Palante is also your hub. You can:

  • Book appointments with our team

  • See your client folder

  • Get monthly learning tips to help your org grow

Free through August, then what?

Exclusive Client Offer: 100% FREE!

As a valued Palante client, you can get the app for FREE from now until September.

  • Your Promo Code: COMPLIANCE100

  • How to claim: Enter the code at checkout.

This first review is completely free until the end of August. After that, if you want to keep monitoring and support, it’s $19.99 a year. Simple, no surprises.

Coming in 2027: Una Agendita para Ti 📖

We’re creating a Spanish-language planner for nonprofit leaders. Preorder now for $30 and it will ship to you in November.

The planner will include prewritten important dates, suggestions for new fundraising initiatives, and compliance reminders for when your fiscal year ends. This one is dedicated to toda mi gente que utilza papel y lapicero to change the world one page at a time. Please note, the planner is in Spanglish 🙂

Join our WhatsApp group, free

We’re starting a WhatsApp group for past and active clients. My team and I will post grant opportunities almost every day. The goal is simple: connect nonprofits to money and to each other. There is enough opportunity for everybody. Especially right now, we have to stick together.

Con cariño,

The Palante Team 💜

P.S. In case you didn’t know, I am also the founder of a tech startup launching at the end of this month. It’s called PhiloFund, the first Latina-owned and founded giving platform. We already have a beta cohort of over five nonprofits, and donors are ready to give. If you would consider switching your current giving platform, or even just your donate button, to support PhiloFund, sign up for the newsletter to get all the details when we launch, or schedule a call with me to learn more. Thank you!

Supporting Venezuela Rapid Response 🇻🇪

We also supported five Central Florida organizations, pro bono, that are working on a rapid response to Venezuela. This is a country dealing with devastating effects from the earthquakes, plus years of internal infrastructure damage. There are still many events happening on the ground. Feel free to check out our page. We will keep updating our Rapid Response page as things develop, so check back every once in a while.

Expense receipts shouldn't require a search party

Adam spent 20 minutes looking for a $36 receipt. His finance team sent three Slack messages. Someone made a sticky note.

Ramp would have matched it automatically the moment he swiped. Auto-coded, in-policy, synced. Nobody had to ask Adam for anything.

This is what finance looks like when it runs itself.

Your team can be Adam. Or they can not be Adam.
